Wind Farms provide long-term additional income that can benefit landowners and their family for generations. This income is drought-resistant, providing a regular source of income regardless of the weather, grain, cattle and sheep prices. From fair and transparent lease agreements to job creation in the local community, we strive to ensure that our wind farms contribute to the prosperity of the regions in which we operate.
Complementary Land Use
Wind development complements existing farm operations. Each turbine and access road takes about 1 acre out of production, leaving more than 98% of farmland free for traditional farming. The spacing between modern wind turbines varies between 500m and 1000m, leaving ample space between turbines for croping and grazing
