Partnership Benefits
Shared Vision
Our partnerships are built on shared objectives and long-term relationships. We aim to develop projects that support regional benefit, responsible land use and practical outcomes for all stakeholders.
Economic Opportunities
Wind projects can provide stable, long-term additional income that supports farm resilience across cycles, seasons and commodity price movements. We focus on fair lease structures, clear communication on project impacts, and opportunities for local economic participation where feasible.
Complementary Land Use
Wind development is designed to coexist with agricultural operations. Each turbine and access road takes about 1 acre out of production, leaving more than 98% of farmland free for traditional farming. The spacing between modern wind turbines varies between 500m and 1000m, leaving ample space between turbines for cropping and grazing. Project layout is developed in consultation with landowners to minimise disruption and support operational practicality.
Wind With Purpose
Transparent Communication:
We maintain transparency throughout the partnership. From project updates to environmental impact assessments, we believe in keeping landowners informed and engaged every step of the way.
Community Engagement:
We explore the ways in which we can collaborate with landowners and local communities. We actively seek input and participation from landowners in community engagement initiatives, ensuring that the benefits of our projects extend to the entire community.
Customised Solutions:
Each site and landholding is unique. We tailor agreement structures and working arrangements to reflect landowner needs and project requirements.
